Will Smith

Will co-founded Tred; a carbon-neutral neobank helping people make greener choices through their banking. He started his early career in larger corporates before moving into the start-up world and has worked at Tred for the past two years. They plant trees instead of investing in fossil fuels and, through this activity, the company has won multiple awards including ‘Green fintech of the year’ at the UK Finance Awards and ‘Start-up of the year’. They’ve also had thousands of customers get on board with their mission, with over 35,000 people signed-up to the Tred community. Will was named as one of Forbes' ‘30 under 30’ and selected as one of the ‘UK's top 100 outstanding entrepreneurs under 30’ by Huran. Beyond his work, Will has a golden retriever called Mayo, plays the drums and competed for Great Britain in age-group long-distance triathlon!
