Hub Founder, Founder of academic programmes, scaling social innovation, entrepreneurial approaches for creatives, policy advisor. Currently Academic Lead: Enterprise: Goldsmiths: responsible for a pan-college strategy and engagement with enterprise and innovation – including pedagogue, knowledge exchange, research and revenue generation. Responsible for the strategy and leadership for NX Hub. Deputy Director for Goldsmiths’ Institute for Creative and Cultural Entrepreneurship (ICCE), leading on the development, implementation and dissemination of an approach to delivery of cultural, creative and social entrepreneurship and leadership and collaborating locally and globally to develop and embed appropriate curriculum and co-curricular work. Her work has also developed over 1000 cultural and creative organisations globally in to sustainable enterprises, with a success rate of them still trading after 4 years. Additionally, she has developed and delivered programmes for: British Council, Comic Relief, Paul Hamlyn Foundation and Nesta. Chair of National Ugly Mugs and Phoenix Arts Space.
