Sarah Gregory

Sarah is Head of Diversity and Inclusion at Creative UK. Her work includes cross industry collaboration on eradicating bullying and harassment, convening our seventy-member Diversity Leaders’ Forum with a current focus on social mobility, and working across industry to improve conditions for freelancers. Sarah has more than 25-years experience of arts and education engagement. She led the Creative Careers Programme for the Creative Industries Federation engaging nearly a thousand creative employers with students from across England and she previously headed enrichment programming for the ARK Schools network where she led partnership projects with world-leading organisations including the Burberry Foundation, KPMG, RADA, Roundhouse, the Law Society and Bar Council. Sarah is passionate about the value of creative education and is a school governor at Big Creative Academy a specialist creative arts 6th form, she is also a member of the Creative Advisory Group at the Ideas Foundation.
