Michaela has worked at Roundhouse for ten years and is currently the Partnerships and Impact Director. In this role, she oversees the Youth, Broadcast and Digital Teams, Comms and Advocacy as well as the Partnerships and Philanthropy team. Though beginning her career in the corporate sector, Michaela has worked in the not-for-profit sector for over 20 years, in both the cultural and wider charity fields. She leads on Diversity and Inclusion at the Roundhouse too, chairing their D&I working group. Beyond her organisation, Michaela is Chair of the Ministry of Stories and a trustee of UN Women (UK).
