Michael is the Principal of BOA Stage & Screen Production Academy, a unique institution located in Birmingham that provides an industry-led approach to developing the skills and experience of young people aged 16-19 who are passionate about working behind the scenes in film, TV, online, events, and theatre production. The academy offers a free, full-time education which leads directly to freelancing, employment contracts, apprenticeships and/or university. Michael’s background is in Audio Engineering and Further/Higher Education. BOA Stage & Screen Production Academy is part of the BOA (Birmingham Ormiston Academy) Education Group, founded in 2011, and which enjoys an outstanding reputation for excellence in the arts.
