Kelly is the founder and Emmy-nominated lead casting director at KVH Casting. Based in London but working internationally, they cast for all major streaming sites and channels, including Netflix, Amazon Prime Channel 4 and the BBC. Among some of the company's casting credits are big-hit series like Bridgerton, Fleabag, Wheel Of Time, Gangs of London, Broadchurch, and most recently, Mayflies.
