Dr. Margaret Heffernan is an entrepreneur, Chief Executive and author. Born in Texas, raised in Holland and educated at Cambridge University, Margaret produced programmes for the BBC for 13 years before moving to the US where she executed multimedia productions for Standard&Poors and giant software enterprises. She has written six books, some of which you may recognise like WILLFUL BLINDNESS and A BIGGER PRIZE, all of which should be on your reading list. She is one of the most viewed TED speakers on Business & Leadership, with her talks racking up over 14 million views globally. Margaret now lectures as a Professor of Practice at the University of Bath and is acting Lead Faculty for the Forward Institute\'s Responsible Leadership Programme.
